3. Reserve & Collect
Our Reserve & Collect service allows you to reserve items online prior to your travel:
Reservations must be made at least 24 hours before departure.
Reserved items are held for collection in-store only; no home delivery is available.
Prices and availability are subject to change until final payment in-store.
Discounts (such as the 10% Reserve Online offer) may apply and are clearly indicated.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is completed in-store at the time of collection. We accept major credit and debit cards.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of duty-free retail, returns may only be accepted under specific conditions (e.g. damaged or faulty goods). Please retain your receipt and contact our customer service team within 7 days of purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Shop&Hop or its partners and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Liability
